I thought I lost my garage door remote & opened the garage manually. I found my remote just afterwards. The next morning I submitted a maintenance request online & the following morning before work, Ralph, the maintenance supervisor had my garage door operating with my remote. It couldn't have been easier. THANK YOU, MR. RALPH!

I had an issue with my rack in my closet it fell down. Ralph was great he ordered new brackets that holds more weight. He did a great job in a timely manner. I have always had a good experience here since Ralph came. We also have a great lady Nancy running the office. I love how she always does special stuff for the tenants. This place is a gem. It's quiet and clean and it's gated. Thank you Ralph and Nancy for making it a great place to live. We appreciate you.

I have pretty nice experienced living here for more than 2 years. NICE: - Pretty nice area - Very quiet place - All shopping and all kind of restaurants are pretty close. - Close to metrolink if you plan to use it. - Living room is a little bigger than most of apartments I saw. - Maintenance guy and admin were pretty nice people and fast when fixing issues. NOT SO NICE: - Parking is not enough if you have more than 1 car. There is no any available area to park inside apart of the one was assigned to you so parking on street is a headache. - After leaving the apartment they charged around $300 for cleaning + a corporate fee as mandatory from my security deposit. So, I missed it and enjoyed it I really recommend living here if you feel comfortable with nice points described above and you are willing to deal with the ones are not so nice from my point of view.

I lived here for two years. The management was kind and professional, the apartment was nice and as advertised. The neighborhood leaves something to be desired and there is little shade from trees. The pool area is nice. For a rental, it was a good enough place.

After living here for 2 years, I'm going to miss coming home to Parc Claremont. Conveniently located near the Montclair Transit Center, the ambiance of the community is warm and inviting. Very quiet no matter the time of day. Nancy and her maintenance staff are awesome and very responsive. If I ever have the need to return to Upland, I will most definitely look to Parc Claremont again.

This place is very good if you want to maintain your privacy and independence. We we were provided our own laundry machines and own Garage. Management (Nancy) were very cooperative in choosing which particular apartment we wanted and they are quick , efficient and helpful in general. The moving in process and lease are easy and relatively quick. Very clear terms, no fishiness at all. Visitor parking is super limited. You will get one parking spot in your Garage. I am new in the place ,1 week for now, so far we are having a great experience. Let's see.

So far its been a nice stay... It has been almost a year since I have been here. Nancy is excellent and so professional. She is always on top of things! She is an asset to Parc Claremont. Maintenance responds quickly and gets things done fast. Highly recommend this place... Centrally located and not to far from 210 and 10 freeways.

I recently toured here on behalf of my grandparents who are interested in the community. The young woman, Angelene, is who showed me around and was such a respectful and knowledgeable person. She answered every question I had and was patient with me because I was in contact with my family who was loading me with questions at the time. The property was very peaceful and beautiful and the amenities were perfect. My grandparents are definitely adding this to their list of future housing.
