My family and I have lived at The Upland Apartments for almost two years, and I can honestly say we have nothing but wonderful things to say about this community. It's truly been an amazing place to call home.
The management team goes above and beyond for their residents. Andrew, Tara , Donnie the maintenance team, and our wonderful cleaning staff are all incredibly welcoming, friendly, and genuinely caring. They always greet you with a smile and are quick to help with anything you need. You can tell they truly care about making this a great place to live.
One of the things I appreciate most is how much effort they put into building a real sense of community. They are constantly organizing resident events, contests, and fun activities that bring everyone together. It's such a thoughtful touch and makes living here feel much more than just renting an apartment.
The property is always beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The team is continuously making improvements and updating the community to keep it looking its best. I also want to give a special shoutout to the cleaning staff. This is a very pet-friendly community, yet the grounds are cleaned daily and are always spotless. Even with so many dogs, the property never has that unpleasant pet odor you find at many other apartment complexes. Their hard work definitely does not go unnoticed.
My husband, our newborn daughter, and I feel very safe and comfortable here. We have never had any issues with excessive noise, and we love how peaceful the community is. It's the perfect place to raise a family.
